Terms of Service

By purchasing a service or subscription from Intelligent Links (a service of Matter Solutions Pty Ltd, ABN 76 122 449 469, trading as Intelligent Links), you agree to the following terms.

1. Service description

Intelligent Links provides monthly link-building services. Each package (Foundation, Accelerate, Momentum, Growth, and our add-ons Keyword Intelligence and Page Optimisation) defines a specific deliverable cadence as described on the relevant product page.

2. Billing

Packages are billed monthly in advance via Stripe (via WooCommerce Payments). Your subscription begins on the date of your first successful charge and renews monthly until cancelled. All prices include 10% GST. Each renewal generates a tax invoice in your name and business name (if provided) and is emailed to you for your records.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription from your Intelligent Links account dashboard at any time. Our outreach team plans each month’s placements roughly 10 days before the cycle starts, so cancellations must be received by the 20th of the current month to stop the next one. Cancellations after the 20th will roll into one more billed (and delivered) cycle.

4. Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If links have not been delivered in a month due to our error, contact us within 14 days and we will either credit the next month or refund pro-rata.

5. Link guarantees and what is reasonable

We guarantee delivery of the link counts and quality bands described in each package. Links are placed on third-party publisher sites and remain subject to those sites’ editorial discretion. If a link is removed by the publisher within 60 days of placement, we replace it at no cost.

6. Acceptable use

We reserve the right to refuse service to gambling, adult, or other restricted niches except where pre-agreed in writing. We do not link to sites that breach Australian law or Google’s webmaster guidelines.

7. Confidentiality

Our publisher inventory is proprietary and confidential. We do not share site lists in advance, and you agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer or redistribute our deliverable URLs.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
